Keszthely’s Pajti began as a small café beside the town market in 2019 and is now one of the town’s most versatile bistros. Its selection includes specialty coffees, creamy Eggs Benedict, crisp French toast, smoked salmon poke bowl, pad thai, curry, burritos and sushi. Horváth Laura and Vass Ákos’s friendly, youthful venue caters for vegan and vegetarian guests too, and makes a pleasant stop with dogs or children. An all-year meeting place in the heart of Keszthely, where there is always something interesting to discover from morning to evening.
