Ramirez Premium is in central Siófok at Fő utca 43. Rainbow-coloured umbrellas hang over the courtyard, with fairy lights between them and flowers all around. A cheerful, busy holiday spot, not a quiet bistro. Note: there are several Ramirez places in Siófok; this one is the Premium on Fő utca.
Gyros, burgers, pizza
The menu is broad: gyros, burgers, pizza, pasta, fish, oven-baked and Hungarian dishes, salads, falafel. If one person in your group wants a burger and another pizza or fish, everyone finds something here. When we checked, gyros in pita was 3,290 HUF, a gyros plate with sides 4,190 HUF and the Ramirez Premium Burger 4,890 HUF.
The plates look impressive, and the burger is a big two-handed affair. Meat-free there are falafel dishes and salads.
The place
The umbrella courtyard is the main draw, for a sunny lunch or a summer evening alike. Good with family, as kids find familiar food too. Open daily 9 to 22; with a dog, ask first.
Good to know
A 15% service charge is added; a main with a drink is around 5,000–8,000 HUF. Waits are longer when busy, and attentiveness varies. Some wrote about inconsistent food quality and high prices. Check parking in the centre beforehand.

Worth a taste
