Beside the beach, but not just for beach days

Perla operates by Aranyhíd sétány, next to Kisfaludy beach. Its location has an important practical advantage: according to its own information, it can be reached from the beach, Aranyhíd sétány and Kagyló köz. Your meal therefore need not be tied to swimming. It can also be a destination for a morning walk in Füred or a weekend lunch.

Two distinct dining directions

The selection checked in October 2026 consists of a brunch menu and an autumn lunch-and-dinner menu. Egg dishes form the backbone of breakfast, but granola, chia pudding with almond milk and pancakes also feature. Eggs Benedict with sourdough, avocado, Serrano ham and hollandaise is a more elaborate order; the full English breakfast, with beans, sausage, mushrooms and rösti, is particularly filling.

The autumn kitchen has a different mood: orange-and-ginger pumpkin soup, tarragon veal ragout served in a bread bowl, confit duck and pistachio-crusted salmon all appear on the menu. Smoked gomolya cheese with walnut pesto and fig jam offers a standalone cheese main course for those avoiding meat. The beef-cheek Sloppy Joe represents the more informal sandwich direction.

Choose for the occasion, not from both menus at once

For an unhurried morning, an egg dish and coffee can form the centre of the meal. At lunch or dinner, soup and a main course make more sense. Pumpkin soup followed by duck creates a substantial autumn combination; for a meat-free order, start with the gomolya and confirm the soup’s ingredients separately. The serving-time boundaries between the two menus are not clearly listed: call before a late brunch.

Prices you can plan around

The website menu currently accessed lists Eggs Benedict at HUF 4,500 and the English breakfast at HUF 5,500. Pumpkin soup and confit duck together cost HUF 9,380, excluding drinks. These are examples calculated from specific menu prices, not general average spending figures; check any service charge and daily changes when ordering.

We are not basing the current recommendation on the pizza shown in summer features, because it does not appear on the checked autumn menu. Perla’s advantage is clearer when it is not identified with a single summer dish: breakfast and autumn bistro cooking offer different meals at the same address.

Eggs Benedict or confit duck — depending on the occasion

Benedict with sourdough, avocado and Serrano ham represents brunch; duck with beetroot and potatoes represents the autumn kitchen. They are not two compulsory stages of the same meal.

Local tip

You do not need to tie the visit to beach admission

Look for the entrance from Aranyhíd sétány or Kagyló köz too. When booking, ask about your preferred menu and an indoor or outdoor table.

  • Do not infer the current menu from the former summer pizza selection.
