Halászcsárda
Keszthely's Halászcsárda has been part of Balaton's history since 1934. Commissioned by the Festetics family, the columned-veranda inn beside Helikon beach serves Balaton-style fisherman's soup, pikeperch fillet, crispy fish bites, catfish paprikash and Hungarian specialities. Revived by the Szita family in 2012, the restaurant takes particular pride in its homemade Zala dödölle. Lakeside garden seating, occasional live music and almost a century of hospitality history at one of Keszthely's most historic restaurants.
