Villa Pisky is in Tihany, on the Pisky promenade in Halász-köz, right on the shore between Apátsági Rege and Echo. From the terrace you look out over the lake, the harbour and the Abbey. It received one toque in the 2025 Gault&Millau guide.
Italian foundations
The kitchen is Italian and Mediterranean in style, with Balaton flavours. Crispy pizzas, homemade pasta, light lunches and dinners. One of the house highlights is the carbonara, tossed at the table in a wheel of cheese. They also serve breakfast, along with wines and cocktails.
The terrace
Most people come for the view: the lakeside terrace is made for summer evenings, as a couple or with a small family. Drivers can use paid parking, and on foot or by bike it is easy to reach from the Pisky promenade.
Good to know
According to Tripadvisor it is open Sunday to Thursday 11:00–21:00 and Friday and Saturday 11:00–22:00; check before you go outside the season. Reviews are mixed: guests praise the view and the service, but a recent autumn review mentions cold, oversalted food and steep prices. Book for summer evenings.
