A seasonal ice cream parlour with garden and terrace in the middle of the Káli Basin, open spring to autumn.
Story
Ferenc Biszku, an electrical engineer and former software company manager, and his wife Krisztina, a clothing designer, started it as a lifestyle change. They learned from an Italian master and opened on 1 July 2017. There is also a Kő fagyi? on Bartók Béla út in Budapest.
Ice cream
Natural ice cream with few additives, about 14 flavours in the counter. Favourites: Brontë pistachio and salted caramel, plus rosé (Skizo winery), mango and IPA. About half is dairy-free. Milk from Kékkút, Hosztót and Monostorapáti, peaches from Zánka, sour cherries from Köveskál. Also cakes and coffee. MÁS tölcsér in Tihany builds on their recipes.
