At Nefelejcs Borbisztró in Badacsonytördemic, Sike Balázs’s distinctive Badacsony wines meet seasonal bistro cooking. In a historic restaurant building revived in 2021, Mangalica rillette, grilled pike-perch, wild boar pörkölt with porcini and creative Hungarian desserts are served alongside carefully chosen SKIZO and Sike Balázs Pincéje wines.
